This session is a shared space for Adults of all skill levels and our Advanced Juniors.
The hall space will be split into two allowing space on one side for adults and those 16+ (with parents permission) of all abilities to learn to skate, learn new skills or just skate and meet others.
The other side will be for any adults already confident on skates and their skill level wanting to try roller derby drills, contact and game play scenarios alongside our advanced juniors who are looking to do the same.
Each junior under 16 must be a regular member of our Junior Derby Session and will be there under coaches discretion. Unsafe and immature behaviour in this adult focused session they will be asked to un-kit/leave for everyone's safety and wellbeing.
The first 30 minutes of this session will overlap with the juniors session. In this time fun games and activities will be ran using skills learnt allowing them to wind down their session and a perfect opportunity to get warmed up, stretches out the way and maybe a little burst of cardio too.
Be warned the juniors can be a little competitive and are ready to win!
